These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Odys-say mobile application ("App," "Odys-say," or "the Service") provided by Sneakers Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a company registered in the Republic of Korea.
By downloading, installing, or using Odys-say, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Odys-say. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age set by your local law).
If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You may delete your account at any time via the in-app settings or by contacting [email protected].
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Odys-say on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.
